Whitening treatments

Get a whiter and healthier smile.

Toothpaste and other whitening products can remove or hide stains on the surface of our teeth, but hey cannot act on pigmentation within the enamel.

Scientific literature has shown how, the only effective principle in neutralising pigmentation is the oxygen realesed by professional whitening treatments.

It all starts with the health of your smile: your trusted dental professional will take care of the health of your teeth and gums through regular dental hygiene sessions.

What to eat after getting teeth whitening

Teeth whitening can help give you the confidence you need by giving you back your white smile. It can be an expensive procedure, whether it is performed by a dentist or at home with a kit. This is why it is important to know what you should and should not eat after you have a teeth whitening procedure done.

The most important is the following 6 hours  after whitening, but the longer you keep it, the better the result will be and also its durability. It's called white diet. It is generally necessary to avoid colored foods including beverages, as well as acidic and sweet foods. You need to stay away from foods and beverages that are hot or ice cold, whether they are dark products that will stain or not.  The reason is that the enamel is softer and more sensitive after whitening and that´s why they are more likely to be stained.  It is easy to say it, the worse it observes.
